Beyoncé is close to joining the billionaire club as her net worth has reached $800 million, according to Forbes.

The legendary singer has seen her fortune soar in 2023 from its previous estimate of $540 million.

The magazine reports that Bey earned $100 million from her hugely successful Renaissance Tour, which ran from May to October this year.

The tour, which featured 56 shows across the world, grossed nearly $600 million, making it the highest-grossing tour by a female artist and a Black artist in history.

Beyoncé's music catalog, which includes multi-platinum, chart-topping albums like Dangerously in Love, Beyoncé and Lemonade, has also increased in value to $300 million.

The rest of her net worth comes from her personal business ventures through her company Parkwood Entertainment, as well as her assets with her husband JAY-Z.

The power couple, who have been married since 2008, have an impressive property portfolio that includes a $200 million Californian home, the most expensive in the state's history. They are also known to be avid art collectors.

Beyoncé is also set to make a huge profit from her recently released Renaissance film, which has already grossed over $125 million. She is expected to split the revenue 50/50 with distributor AMC after bypassing the major Hollywood studios.

Beyoncé and JAY-Z now have a combined net worth of $3.3 billion, making them one of the richest couples in the world. The Roc Nation boss is worth $2.5 billion and is the 1203rd richest person in the world, according to Forbes.

The rap icon's net worth has almost doubled in a year, mainly due to him selling his stake in cognac brand D'USSÉ.

JAY-Z became Hip Hop's first billionaire in 2019 thanks to his "expansive, encompassing liquor, art, real estate and stakes in companies like Uber," Forbes said.

He has also sold stakes in other businesses such as Tidal to Twitter founder Jack Dorsey for over $300 million and Armand de Brignac champagne to Louis Vuitton for $640 million.

Diddy is the only other billionaire in rap after reaching the 10-figure mark in 2022. Kanye West was also a billionaire in 2020, but his $1.5 billion net worth dropped last year after he ended his lucrative Yeezy deal with adidas.
