The Grammy-nominated rapper, 41, was confronted by an official at what appeared to be an airport. The officer stated that Minaj needed to be taken into custody for allegedly “carrying drugs,” a charge she vehemently denied. "I’m not going in there. I need a lawyer present," Minaj protested in the live video.

"Now they said they found weed & that another group of ppl have to come here to weigh the pre-rolls," she tweeted. She accused security of taking her bags without consent, asserting that the pre-rolls belonged to her security team. "Keep in mind they took my bags without consent. My security has already advised them those pre-rolls belong to him," she added.

In a video on Instagram, an official informed Minaj that all her bags required searching, prompting her to question why the search wasn’t conducted before boarding the plane. The officer responded that a random check had been performed, but now a thorough search was necessary.
