Offset's voice acting skills in the new Baby Shark movie have surprised fans. The rapper, along with his wife Cardi B and their children Kulture and Wave, appear in the movie, which was released on Paramount+ earlier this month.
Offset, who is known as OffShark in the film, has impressed fans with his voice acting skills. He exudes a similar flow to the smooth southern drawl heard when he raps, but adjusts it for a more kid-friendly audience. In one clip from the movie which has made its way online, OffShark and his wife Sharky B, played of course by Cardi, introduce their kids to Baby Shark before offering the star of the movie some advice. "Don’t be hard on yourself. We all make mistakes," OffShark says in the snippet. "Introducing the one and only incredible WavyShark. Our latest collab." Fans have been quick to praise Offset's voice acting skills. One fan saluted the Migos rapper, saying "Offset is a good voice actor lmao." Another chimed in saying: "LOL I didn’t expect that at all but he really smoked it." Baby Shark’s first feature-length film arrived on Friday (December 8) and includes castmates such as NSYNC’s Lance Bass, actor Ashley Tisdale, comedian Aparna Nancherla, SNL‘s Ego Nwodim and more ¹. Cardi B, who is also in the movie, has long been a fan of Baby Shark, which became a viral earworm taking over the minds of kids across the country in 2016 ¹. Offset recently donated toys, clothes, internet, and more at a holiday giveaway in Atlanta ².
