Los Angeles, CA — Misa Hylton, the ex-girlfriend and mother of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ son, Justin Combs, has taken a bold stand against the treatment her sons endured during a recent federal raid on the Bad Boy Records founder’s home. In an Instagram post on Tuesday, Hylton shared previously unseen CCTV footage of the operation, shedding light on what she describes as “deplorable” actions by law enforcement.
In the home security footage, heavily armed Homeland Security personnel can be seen storming through Diddy’s Los Angeles residence. Occupants, including Justin and his younger brother Christian, are handcuffed, and guns are pointed at them. Hylton’s outrage is palpable as she writes, “The overzealous and overtly militarized force used against my sons Justin and Christian is despicable. If these were the sons of a non-Black celebrity, they would not have been handled with the same aggression.”
Hylton’s message is clear: “Enough is Enough!” She questions the need for laser beams from firearms pointed at Justin’s chest and a gun aimed at the back of Christian’s head while he was handcuffed. “How many times have we seen young UNARMED BLACK MEN not make it out of these types of situations alive?” she asks. Hylton vows to fight for justice, with her son’s attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, investigating the excessive use of force during the raid. “We will fight for justice utilizing every imaginable resource,” she declares. “I’m not with the propaganda!”
Previously leaked footage revealed that Diddy’s L.A. mansion was left in disarray by Homeland Security, who also raided a separate home in Miami. Office drawers were pulled open, documents strewn everywhere, and safes broken into. Christian Combs, Diddy’s other son, cryptically responded on Instagram, urging people to withhold judgment until they know the full story behind the incident.
The raids were part of an investigation into sex trafficking involving Diddy, following multiple lawsuits accusing him of rape, sexual assault, and sex trafficking. Diddy has vehemently denied any wrongdoing and criticized the raids on his homes. His lawyer stated, “There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated.”
