Usher, the eight-time Grammy winner, recently concluded his My Way Las Vegas residency with a final show on December 2, 2023, at Dolby Live at Park MGM ¹. During the show, Usher was visibly emotional while performing "Without You" and dropped to his knees, placing his face in his hands ¹. His dancers surrounded him on stage and cheered him on ¹. After a few beats, Usher stood up, but quickly turned his back to the crowd as his dancers circled him and patted him on the shoulder ¹. The singer then proceeded to sing the last lyrics to the song and encouraged his audience members to join in ¹. "God bless you, I love you," he said at the end of the clip ¹.


Usher's residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM has been a smash hit since opening in July of 2022, selling out all shows to date ¹. The residency incorporated audience interaction and staging throughout the 5,200-seat entertainment venue, where every guest had an up-close and personal experience with the superstar ¹. The show gave audiences an extraordinary immersive experience with extravagant costumes and state-of-the-art technology in lighting, video, and special effects ¹. The exclusive, only-in-Vegas spectacular was packed with an impressive repertoire of smash hits spanning the multi-talented showman’s 20-year career, including “Yeah,” “U Remind Me,” “My Boo,” “Love In This Club,” “OMG” and “You Make Me Wanna…” ¹.


Usher announced the final 12 dates for his Usher: My Way The Vegas Residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM in August 2023, which sold out quickly ¹. The final shows were played in the first week of December ². General ticket prices began at $80.09, plus applicable tax and fees, and a limited number of VIP meet & greet packages were also available for each show ¹. Tickets could be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com/ushervegas ¹.


In a 2004 interview with Trevor Nelson, Usher said if he went to Las Vegas, it would be "the most phenomenal thing you’ve ever seen in your life" ¹. Usher reposted the video of the interview on X (formerly Twitter) on December 3, 2023, captioning it with "I saw it then…look at me now" ¹.
