Taylor Swift has shown her generosity and compassion once again by donating $100,000 to the family of Lisa Lopez-Galvan, a Kansas City radio DJ who was killed in a shooting incident during the Chiefs' Super Bowl celebration.

Lopez-Galvan, who worked as a morning show host at KISS 98.1 FM, was among the four people who were shot at the parade on Wednesday. She was rushed to a hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries. She is survived by her husband and two children.

Swift, who is a fan of Lopez-Galvan's show, expressed her sorrow and support in a comment on the GoFundMe page set up by Lopez-Galvan's co-workers to help her family with funeral and medical expenses.

"I'm so sorry for your loss and I'm sending you all my love," Swift wrote. "Lisa was a ray of sunshine and I'm honored to have known her. She will be missed by so many."

Swift's donation exceeded the original goal of $75,000, and the fundraiser has now raised over $120,000 as of Friday. Many other donors also left messages of condolence and appreciation for Lopez-Galvan's work and personality.

Lopez-Galvan's colleagues at KISS 98.1 FM paid tribute to her on air and on social media, describing her as a "beautiful soul" and a "beloved friend". They also thanked Swift and the public for their kindness and generosity.

"Taylor Swift, you are an angel," the station tweeted. "Thank you for your incredible donation to Lisa's family. You have touched our hearts and we are forever grateful."
