Los Angeles, CA — The longstanding feud between rap titans 50 Cent and Rick Ross has once again flared up, and this time, it’s all about Drake. The G-Unit head honcho, known for his unfiltered commentary, didn’t hold back when it came to Ross’s recent antics.
In a video posted by Ross, the Miami-based rapper mockingly referred to Drake as “BBL Drake,” complete with a nose emoji. The term “BBL” is an abbreviation for “Brazilian Butt Lift,” a popular cosmetic procedure. Ross’s jab was a not-so-subtle dig at Drake’s rumored plastic surgery on both his stomach and his nose.
50 Cent, never one to shy away from controversy, swiftly responded by sharing a screenshot of a text message exchange between Drake and his mother. The exchange alluded to the nose job insult hurled by Ross, with 50 Cent adding his own commentary: “Mounjaro makes you hungry and racist 😕 we don’t need this shit 😠 take it off the market! LOL.” The post has since been deleted, but not before it caught the attention of fans and fellow artists alike1.
This latest feud adds fuel to the fire of Drake’s ongoing battles. Recently, a bar-heavy track attributed to Drake surfaced online, addressing several of his beefs, including a pointed attack on Kendrick Lamar. Ross, seizing the opportunity, released a diss track titled “Champagne Moments,” where he took aim at Drake’s flow and even his appearance. The line “You ain’t never want to be a n-gga anyway, n-gga / That’s why you had a operation to make your nose smaller than your father nose, n-gga” left no room for interpretation1.
The tension between these rap heavyweights continues to escalate, and fans are eagerly awaiting the next move in this high-stakes lyrical battle. Stay tuned for more updates as the drama unfolds.
