Diddy, the renowned music mogul, is missing significant family events as his legal troubles continue to escalate. This week, he will be notably absent from his 17-year-old daughter Chance's high school graduation.

>Sources with direct knowledge informed TMZ that Chance is set to graduate from Sierra Canyon School in the Los Angeles area on Thursday. While other family members are flying in for the ceremony, Diddy will not be present. He has already communicated this news to the family but did not provide a specific reason for his absence.

The family suspects his decision to stay away is related to his ongoing legal issues and a desire to avoid turning the event into a media spectacle. Diddy has been trying to lay low, likely to prevent overshadowing his daughter's big day.

Despite his absence, some of Chance's half-siblings and family members from her late mother Kim Porter's side are expected to attend. Diddy shares Chance with Sarah Chapman.

T his isn't the first significant event Diddy has missed recently. He was also absent from the prom of his twin daughters, Jessie and D'Lila, a couple of weeks ago. The twins, also in high school, attended the event without their father, who remains in Miami.

Diddy has historically been an involved parent, especially with his daughters. They were with him during a federal raid on his private jet in Florida back in March. He has stayed near his Miami home since then.

Despite his legal issues, sources confirmed to TMZ that federal authorities have not restricted Diddy's travel in any way. This means his absence from these family milestones is his choice, not due to any legal mandate.

As Diddy faces potential indictment, he appears to be distancing his children from the unfolding drama. For now, the family will rely on each other for support during these significant moments, and Diddy will have to connect via Zoom or FaceTime.
