Kendrick Lamar Eclipses Another Drake Achievement With 'Not Like Us'

Kendrick Lamar continues to assert his dominance over Drake as his latest track, "Not Like Us," achieves another remarkable milestone, overshadowing one of Drake's previous feats.

The diss track aimed at Drake recently surpassed the Toronto star’s “God’s Plan” as the fastest rap song to reach 200 million streams on Spotify. According to reports from the RapTV account on X (formerly Twitter), "Not Like Us" achieved this milestone in just 19 days, solidifying Lamar's position at the forefront of the rap game.

Earlier this month, Lamar broke yet another record of Drake's during their ongoing lyrical feud. "Not Like Us" became the fastest song in Hip Hop history to reach 100 million streams on Spotify, a record previously held by Drake's Scorpion cut.

Both artists have been dominating the Billboard Hot 100 with their back-and-forth. In the chart released on May 13, “Not Like Us” premiered at No. 1, currently holding the No. 2 spot. Kendrick's earlier diss track “Euphoria” debuted at No. 3 and now sits at No. 11. Meanwhile, Drake's Kendrick diss “Family Matters” entered the chart at No. 7 but has since dropped to No. 19.

Reacting to the No. 1 spot, producer Mustard expressed his excitement and declared Los Angeles “back up,” emphasizing the resilience and talent of the city's artists.

In addition to his streaming success, Kendrick Lamar's entire catalog has seen a surge in popularity on the Billboard 200 chart. "DAMN." soared to No. 18 from No. 41, "good kid, m.A.A.d city" climbed to No. 23 from No. 51, and "Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers" rose to No. 55 from No. 192.

This latest achievement adds another chapter to the ongoing rivalry between Kendrick Lamar and Drake, solidifying Kendrick's position as a force to be reckoned with in the rap industry.
