Trae Tha Truth, a Houston rapper and philanthropist, has once again demonstrated his commitment to giving back to his community. On December 30, 2023, he was joined by legendary comedian Cedric The Entertainer to distribute jackets and coats to the homeless in Houston. The aim of this initiative was to help the homeless brave the cold winter weather this season.

According to reports, the pair took to the streets of Houston on Saturday, December 30, to distribute jackets and coats to the homeless. This is not the first time Trae Tha Truth has given back to his community. In November 2020, he and his charitable organization, Relief Gang, handed out 200 jackets, hats, and masks to the homeless in downtown Houston after Thanksgiving1. In December 2022, Trae Tha Truth and Relief Gang distributed hundreds of jackets, food, and bikes to those in need2.

Cedric The Entertainer, who is known for his philanthropic work, joined Trae Tha Truth in this noble cause. The duo’s efforts are commendable, especially considering the harsh winter weather that Houston has been experiencing lately. The homeless population is often the most vulnerable during such weather conditions, and the jackets and coats will go a long way in helping them stay warm and safe.
